September 2012, marked the grand opening of Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland & Labrador. Our newest House and the province’s first, is just steps away from the Janeway Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre. Offering 14 bedroom suites for out of town families with children being treated at the Janeway, the House will serve more than 500 families with seriously ill children each year.
The new two-story 17,000 square foot House includes 14 bedroom suites, each with a private bathroom, a large family kitchen, dining room, TV room, playroom, teen room, library, quiet room and two laundry rooms.
