McDonald’s Canada Owner/Operator
The Wilson family opened its first McDonald’s Restaurant in May 1975 on Ritson Road in Oshawa. Since then, the business has grown to eight restaurants in Oshawa and Clarington. A second generator owner/operator, Steve became one in 1990. He now manages four out of the eight family restaurants in his market.
An active participant in the McDonald’s corporation, Steve is the chair of the National Insurance Committee, an Ontario rep on the National Marketing Forum, a member of the RMCC White Paper Task Force, the Operations Excellence Food Solutions Committee, Food Solutions Strategic Planning Committee and Innovate IT Committee.
